この検査を行う理由

Negative for blaOXA-232 carbapenem resistance gene. Positive indicates the presence of the blaOXA-232 gene, conferring carbapenem resistance in the tested bacterial isolate. Results should always be interpreted in conjunction with bacterial identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.N/A
No special patient preparation required. Specimen collection should be performed prior to initiation of antimicrobial therapy whenever possible to maximize organism recovery and gene detection sensitivity.
