Treatment of acute respiratory tract infections such as common cold, flu, bronchitis, and other conditions causing cough, excessive mucus production, nasal congestion, sore throat, and associated fever or mild to moderate pain.
Acetaminophen reduces pain and fever through central nervous system action. Ambroxol stimulates surfactant production and helps break down mucus, making it easier to clear from airways. Oxatomide blocks histamine receptors and has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Should not be combined with other acetaminophen-containing products to avoid overdose. Use with caution in patients with liver disease, kidney impairment, or allergies to any component. May cause drowsiness in some users. Consult a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children.
