Temporarily relieves symptoms associated with the common cold, influenza, and seasonal allergies including headache, fever, minor aches and pains, sinus congestion, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and itchy, watery eyes.
Acetaminophen reduces pain and fever; caffeine enhances acetaminophen's effects and can reduce drowsiness; chlorpheniramine blocks histamine to relieve allergic symptoms like sneezing and runny nose; pseudoephedrine shrinks blood vessels in nasal passages to reduce congestion.
Should not be used with other acetaminophen-containing products to avoid overdose. Avoid use if you have certain medical conditions (heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate problems). May cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol and operating machinery until you know how it affects you. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking other medications.
