Temporary relief of symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections, common cold, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis, including headache, body aches, fever, nasal congestion, sinus congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and cough.

Acetaminophen inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the brain to reduce pain and fever; chlorpheniramine blocks H-1 histamine receptors to reduce allergic symptoms; pseudoephedrine constricts blood vessels in nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion; codeine acts on opioid receptors in the brain to suppress cough reflex and provide mild analgesia.

Contains an opioid (codeine) with potential for dependence and drowsiness. Not recommended for children under 12 years old. Avoid alcohol and operating machinery while taking this medication. Use with caution in patients with liver disease, heart conditions, hypertension, or urinary retention. May interact with other medications including MAO inhibitors, sedatives, and antidepressants. Do not exceed recommended dose to avoid acetaminophen-induced liver damage.
