Temporarily relieves symptoms associated with the common cold, influenza, and allergic rhinitis including fever, headache, minor aches and pains, nasal congestion, sinus congestion and pressure, runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose or throat, and cough.

Acetaminophen reduces fever and relieves minor pain. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that blocks allergic reactions and reduces runny nose and sneezing. Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex in the brain. Phenylpropanolamine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve congestion.

Do not exceed the recommended dose as acetaminophen can cause serious liver damage. This medication may cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol and operating machinery. Individuals with hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, or glaucoma should consult a healthcare provider before use. Phenylpropanolamine has been restricted or removed from the market in some countries due to stroke risk. Do not use with other acetaminophen products or monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Consult a doctor before giving to children.
