Temporarily relieves symptoms of the common cold, flu, or upper respiratory allergies including nasal congestion, sinus congestion and pressure, headache, minor aches and pains, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy/watery eyes. May also help reduce fever.

Acetaminophen works to reduce pain and fever. Chlorpheniramine and diphenhydramine block the effects of histamine, providing relief from allergic symptoms and reducing runny nose and sneezing. Pseudoephedrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.

May cause drowsiness; avoid operating machinery or driving until you know how the medication affects you. Contains two antihistamines, which may increase sedation. Do not use with other acetaminophen products to avoid overdose. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes, glaucoma, or urinary retention. Not recommended for use in children under 12 without medical advice.
