Temporarily relieves symptoms of the common cold, flu, and allergic rhinitis including fever, headache, minor aches and pains, nasal and sinus congestion, sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose and throat, and itchy, watery eyes.

Acetaminophen reduces fever and relieves pain. Chlorpheniramine and pyrilamine (both antihistamines) block the effects of histamine to reduce sneezing, itching, and runny nose. Phenylephrine (a nasal decongestant) constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce congestion and swelling.

Do not exceed the recommended dose, as acetaminophen can cause serious liver damage. Avoid use with alcohol or other sedating medications due to the antihistamine components. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid problems, diabetes, glaucoma, or urinary retention. Not recommended during pregnancy without medical advice. May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
