Temporarily relieves symptoms associated with the common cold, flu, hay fever, and other respiratory allergies including headache, minor aches and pains, fever, sore throat, cough due to minor throat irritation, nasal congestion, sinus congestion and pressure, runny nose, sneezing, and chest congestion.

Acetaminophen reduces fever and pain; dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex in the brain; diphenhydramine blocks histamine to reduce runny nose and sneezing; guaifenesin thins and loosens mucus in the airways; phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce congestion and swelling.

Do not use with other products containing acetaminophen as this may cause liver damage. Avoid alcohol. May cause drowsiness due to diphenhydramine. Do not use if taking an MAOI or within 14 days of stopping one. Consult a doctor before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, enlarged prostate, or breathing problems.
