Temporarily relieves symptoms associated with the common cold, flu, or upper respiratory allergies including: headache, minor aches and pains, fever, sore throat, cough due to minor throat irritation, nasal congestion, sinus congestion and pressure, runny nose, and sneezing.

Acetaminophen works as an analgesic and antipyretic to reduce pain and fever. Dextromethorphan suppresses cough by acting on the cough center in the brain. Diphenhydramine, a first-generation antihistamine, blocks histamine to reduce runny nose and sneezing, and may also cause drowsiness. Phenylephrine acts as a decongestant by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion.

May cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol and operating machinery until aware of effects. Do not use with other products containing acetaminophen. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, breathing problems, or are pregnant/nursing. Not recommended for children under certain ages without medical advice. Do not exceed recommended doses.
