Temporarily relieves symptoms associated with the common cold, flu, or upper respiratory allergies including fever, headache, sore throat, minor body aches and pains, cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation, nasal congestion, and sinus pressure and congestion.

Acetaminophen works as a pain reliever and fever reducer. Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex in the brain. Phenylephrine acts as a decongestant by narrowing blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion.

Do not exceed the recommended dose or use with other acetaminophen-containing products. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have liver disease, glaucoma, thyroid disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or breathing problems. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication. Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms worsen, new symptoms appear, or fever persists for more than 3 days.
