Used for the relief of moderate to moderately severe pain, such as pain from surgery, injury, dental procedures, or other conditions requiring opioid-level analgesia.

Dihydrocodeine binds to opioid receptors in the brain to reduce pain perception. Acetaminophen works on pain and fever centers in the brain. Salicylamide provides additional analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects through prostaglandin inhibition.

Contains an opioid component, carrying risks of dependence, respiratory depression, and other opioid-related side effects. Should not be combined with alcohol or other CNS depressants. Caution is needed in patients with liver disease (due to acetaminophen) or kidney problems. Use only as prescribed and do not exceed recommended doses.
