Temporarily relieves symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, hay fever, and sinus congestion including headache, fever, minor aches and pains, sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose and throat, and nasal/sinus congestion.

Acetaminophen inhibits the production of prostaglandins in the brain to reduce pain and fever. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that blocks histamine H1 receptors to reduce allergic symptoms. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion.

May cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol and operating machinery until you know how the medication affects you. Do not use with other products containing acetaminophen to avoid overdose. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid problems, diabetes, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate.
