Used for relief of mild to moderate pain, headaches, muscle aches, backaches, menstrual cramps, toothaches, and minor pain from arthritis. May also reduce fever.
Acetaminophen works in the brain to block pain signals and reduce fever, while naproxen inhibits COX enzymes to decrease production of prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation.
