Temporarily relieves nasal and sinus congestion, sinus pressure, headache, body aches, minor aches and pains, fever, runny nose, and sneezing associated with the common cold, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies.

Acetaminophen reduces fever and relieves minor pain. Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetic (alpha-adrenergic agonist) that constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion. Phenyltoloxamine is an antihistamine (H1 receptor antagonist) that blocks allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and runny nose.

Phenylpropanolamine was withdrawn from the U.S. market in 2000 due to associated risk of hemorrhagic stroke. This medication may cause drowsiness. Do not exceed recommended doses. Avoid alcohol. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have hypertension, heart disease, thyroid problems, diabetes, glaucoma, or urinary problems. Not recommended for children under 6 without medical advice.
