Adapalene/Benzoyl Peroxide is indicated for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris in patients 12 years of age and older. It is effective for treating inflammatory papules, pustules, and comedonal acne.

Adapalene normalizes skin cell turnover and prevents follicular clogging, while benzoyl peroxide reduces Cutibacterium acnes bacteria through its antibacterial properties and helps peel the skin. Together they provide complementary mechanisms for clearer skin.

May cause skin irritation, dryness, and peeling especially during initial weeks. Avoid sun exposure and use sunscreen. Avoid contact with hair, fabric, and colored surfaces as benzoyl peroxide can bleach materials. Not recommended during pregnancy.
