Relief of ear pain associated with acute otitis media, otitis externa, barotrauma, and post-procedural ear discomfort. May be used before or after ear surgery to manage pain.
Lidocaine provides rapid-onset local anesthesia by blocking sodium channels and inhibiting nerve signal transmission, while antipyrine acts as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. The combination provides both immediate and sustained pain relief when applied topically to the ear canal.
For otic use only—do not ingest or apply to eyes. Should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to either component or in cases of perforated tympanic membrane unless specifically directed by a physician. Consult healthcare provider if symptoms persist beyond 7-10 days. Store at room temperature and keep container tightly closed.
