Treatment of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) in adult and pediatric patients who have not responded to or have relapsed after at least two prior treatment regimens.

Arranon is an antimetabolite prodrug that is converted to arabinofuranosylguanine (ara-G), which gets incorporated into DNA. This incorporation leads to inhibition of DNA synthesis and triggers apoptosis (programmed cell death) in malignant T-cells.
