Treatment of mild to moderate pain including headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, and menstrual cramps. Also used for fever reduction and general discomfort from colds or minor arthritis pain.

Aspirin inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes to reduce prostaglandin production, decreasing pain and inflammation. Salicylamide provides additional analgesic effects through similar salicylate activity. Caffeine enhances the effectiveness of the other pain relievers and may help constrict dilated blood vessels associated with headaches.

Not for use in children or teenagers due to risk of Reye's syndrome. Should be avoided by those with aspirin allergies, bleeding disorders, or stomach ulcers. Caffeine content may cause insomnia, nervousness, or interact with other stimulants. Avoid alcohol as it may increase stomach irritation risk. Consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking blood thinners.
