Temporarily relieves symptoms associated with the common cold, flu, and upper respiratory allergies including: minor aches and pains, headache, sore throat, fever, cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation, and nasal congestion.

Aspirin works as an analgesic and antipyretic to reduce pain and fever. Dextromethorphan acts on the cough center in the brain to suppress cough reflex. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that works by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.
