Method of drug delivery

Preventive treatment of episodic migraine in adults who experience 4-14 migraine days per month. It is not indicated for acute migraine attacks or for preventive treatment of chronic migraine.

Atogepant selectively blocks CGRP receptors, preventing CGRP from binding and triggering the inflammatory and pain signaling cascades that contribute to migraine attacks.

Take as directed, typically once daily with or without food. Not for acute migraine relief. Inform your doctor of liver or kidney problems. Common side effects may include nausea, fatigue, and constipation. Avoid use during pregnancy unless clearly necessary.
