Temporarily relieves symptoms of allergic rhinitis, hay fever, and the common cold, including nasal congestion, sinus congestion, sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose or throat, and watery eyes.
Brompheniramine and phenyltoloxamine block histamine H1 receptors to reduce allergic symptoms. Pseudoephedrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion. Atropine helps reduce nasal secretions and provides additional anticholinergic effects.
