Used to treat skin infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including minor burns, cuts, scrapes, and skin irritations where infection is present or likely. May also be used for inflammatory skin conditions with risk of bacterial infection.

The antibiotic components (bacitracin, neomycin, and polymyxin B) work by killing or preventing the growth of bacteria on the skin surface. Hydrocortisone provides anti-inflammatory effects by reducing the activity of the immune system in the treated area, helping to decrease swelling, redness, and itching.

For topical use only; avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth. Do not use on large areas of damaged skin, for extended periods, or under occlusive dressings unless directed by a healthcare provider. Rare risk of hearing or kidney problems with neomycin, particularly if used extensively. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation, rash, or signs of a new infection develop.
