Treats and prevents minor bacterial skin infections, including cuts, scrapes, burns, and post-surgical wounds. Also used for superficial eye infections (blepharitis, conjunctivitis) and to prevent infection after minor eye procedures.

Three antibiotics work together: Bacitracin inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, Neomycin disrupts bacterial protein production, and Polymyxin B damages bacterial cell membranes. Together, they provide synergistic broad-spectrum coverage against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

For topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes unless directed for ophthalmic use. Do not use on deep wounds, animal bites, or large areas of burned skin. Allergic reactions to neomycin are possible. Long-term use may lead to bacterial resistance or sensitization. Discontinue use if rash, irritation, or worsening symptoms occur.
