Temporary relief of nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, itchy/watery eyes, and other allergy symptoms associated with hay fever or the common cold. May also be used for sinusitis and rhinitis.

Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion. Chlorpheniramine and pyrilamine are first-generation antihistamines that block histamine receptors, reducing allergic symptoms. Belladonna extract provides anticholinergic effects that help dry respiratory secretions.

This medication may cause drowsiness and should be used with caution when operating machinery or driving. Anticholinergic effects may cause dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, and urinary retention. Avoid use in patients with glaucoma, prostate enlargement, or urinary retention. Not recommended for elderly patients due to increased sensitivity to anticholinergic effects. Consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, or taking other medications.
