Treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) in adult and pediatric patients 12 years and older who have received at least two prior lines of systemic therapy.
Inhibits ROCK2 (Rho-associated coiled-coil containing kinases), a key regulator of immune and fibrotic pathways, thereby modulating T-cell and B-cell function and reducing the abnormal immune response characteristic of cGVHD.
Taken orally once daily with food. Common side effects include fatigue, diarrhea, and liver function abnormalities. Regular monitoring of liver function is required. May interact with certain medications and is contraindicated in pregnancy.
