Temporary relief of sore throat pain, mouth pain, and minor throat irritation. May also be used for relief of minor gum irritation and mouth soreness associated with canker sores.
Benzalkonium chloride provides antiseptic action against bacteria in the mouth and throat. Benzocaine is a local anesthetic that numbs the affected area, while hexylresorcinol acts as both an antiseptic and mild anesthetic to reduce discomfort.
For oral/topical use only - do not swallow large amounts. Not recommended for children under 3-5 years without medical advice due to benzocaine risks. Avoid use if allergic to any ingredients or para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA). Consult healthcare provider if symptoms persist beyond 7 days or are accompanied by high fever.
