Temporarily relieves sore throat pain, mouth pain, minor throat irritation, and minor mouth sores. Often used for symptomatic relief during colds, minor infections, or irritation from mouth ulcers.
Benzocaine provides local anesthetic numbing effect, cetylpyridinium chloride acts as an antiseptic against bacteria, and zinc chloride provides astringent properties that may help reduce tissue inflammation and promote healing of minor irritations.
For oral/topical use only; avoid swallowing spray. Not recommended for severe throat pain, suspected strep throat, or in children under 2-3 years due to benzocaine's rare risk of methemoglobinemia. Discontinue use and consult a provider if symptoms persist beyond 7 days or worsen.
