Primarily used for the treatment of acne vulgaris (common acne), including inflammatory acne (papules, pustules) and non-inflammatory acne (blackheads, whiteheads). May also be used for seborrheic dermatitis and rosacea in some cases.

Benzoyl peroxide releases oxygen to kill acne-causing bacteria (P. acnes) and may reduce oil production. Colloid sulfur has antibacterial, antifungal, and keratolytic properties that help break down dead skin cells and reduce clogged pores. Together, they provide complementary mechanisms for clearer skin.

Apply only to affected areas as directed—usually once daily initially, increasing to 2-3 times daily as tolerated. May cause dryness, redness, peeling, and skin irritation, especially when starting treatment. Can bleach hair and fabrics. Avoid sun exposure and use sunscreen, as sensitivity to sunlight may increase. Not recommended during pregnancy without medical consultation. Keep away from eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
