Used for temporary relief of cold, allergy, and hay fever symptoms including nasal and sinus congestion, postnasal drip, throat irritation, cough, and chest congestion. Helps loosen and thin mucus in the airways.

Brompheniramine blocks histamine receptors to reduce sneezing, itching, and runny nose; guaifenesin thins and loosens mucus in the respiratory tract making it easier to clear; phenylpropanolamine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion.

May cause drowsiness - avoid operating machinery or driving until you know how it affects you. Avoid alcohol and other sedating medications. Not recommended for children without medical supervision. Note: Phenylpropanolamine was withdrawn from the US market in 2000 due to stroke risk; product availability varies by country. Consult a healthcare provider before use, especially if you have hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, or glaucoma.
