Temporarily relieves symptoms associated with the common cold, influenza, hay fever, and other upper respiratory allergies including nasal congestion, sinus congestion, postnasal drip, runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose or throat, and chest congestion.

Brompheniramine blocks histamine receptors to reduce allergic symptoms; guaifenesin increases respiratory fluid secretion to loosen and thin mucus; pseudoephedrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion.

May cause drowsiness; avoid operating machinery or driving until you know how it affects you. Pseudoephedrine may increase blood pressure and heart rate; consult a doctor if you have heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or thyroid disorders. Not recommended during pregnancy without medical advice. Should not be used with MAOI antidepressants. Keep out of reach of children.
