Temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with headaches, muscle aches, backaches, menstrual cramps, minor arthritis pain, and common cold. May also be used for tension headaches.

Magnesium salicylate works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin production to decrease pain, inflammation, and fever. Caffeine is added as an analgesic adjuvant—it may enhance pain relief, particularly for headaches, through vasoconstriction of dilated cerebral blood vessels and adenosine receptor antagonism.

Not for use in individuals allergic to aspirin or salicylates. Avoid use in children/teens recovering from viral infections (Reye's syndrome risk). Use cautiously in those with bleeding disorders, kidney problems, or gastrointestinal issues. Should not be combined with blood thinners or other NSAIDs without medical supervision. Consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications.
