Treatment and prevention of calcium and vitamin D deficiencies; management of osteoporosis, osteomalacia (softening of bones), rickets, and hypocalcemia; support for bone health in postmenopausal women and older adults; supplementation for patients with malabsorption syndromes or limited sun exposure.

Calcium phosphate provides elemental calcium and phosphorus, essential building blocks for bone structure. Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) is converted in the liver and kidneys to its active form, which enhances intestinal absorption of calcium and supports proper bone mineralization. Together, they help maintain normal serum calcium levels and support skeletal integrity.

Take with food for optimal absorption. Separate doses from certain antibiotics (tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones) and thyroid medications by at least 2-4 hours. Monitor for signs of hypercalcemia (nausea, confusion, constipation). Avoid concurrent use with other vitamin D or calcium supplements unless directed. Not recommended for patients with hypercalcemia, kidney stones, or severe renal impairment. Inform your provider of all medications before starting treatment.
