Camphor acts as a counter-irritant, creating a warming sensation on the skin that helps distract from deeper pain. Levomenthol provides a cooling sensation by activating cold-sensitive receptors in the skin. Together they produce a dual warming-cooling effect that helps soothe minor discomfort.
