Treatment of moderate to severe neurotrophic keratitis in adults, a rare condition characterized by impaired corneal healing due to decreased corneal sensitivity and nerve dysfunction.

Contains recombinant human nerve growth factor that binds to high-affinity TrkA and low-affinity p75NTR receptors in the anterior segment of the eye, supporting neuronal differentiation, maintenance, and survival to promote corneal healing.

Administered as eye drops, typically 6-8 times daily for 8 weeks. Common side effects include eye pain, hyperemia, and tearing. Should be used under specialist supervision and requires refrigeration. Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients.
