Coagulation Factor IX Recombinant IgG1 Fusion Protein
Coagulation Factor IX Recombinant Immunoglobulin G1 Fusion Protein is a long-acting replacement therapy designed for individuals with hemophilia B. This medication combines recombinant human Factor IX with the Fc portion of IgG1, which helps extend the duration of factor activity in the bloodstream. It is used for on-demand treatment of bleeding episodes and routine prophylaxis to prevent bleeding in patients with Factor IX deficiency.
A long-acting hemophilia B therapy that uses Fc fusion technology to extend Factor IX circulation time for improved bleeding protection.

Prevention and treatment of bleeding in patients with hemophilia B (congenital Factor IX deficiency), including on-demand treatment of acute bleeds and routine prophylactic therapy to reduce bleeding frequency.
Provides exogenous Factor IX to replace the deficient clotting factor. The fused Fc domain binds to the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) in endothelial cells, protecting the molecule from degradation and recycling it back into circulation, thereby prolonging its half-life compared to conventional Factor IX products.
Administered by intravenous injection according to individualized dosing regimens. Patients should be monitored for hypersensitivity reactions and development of Factor IX inhibitors (antibodies). Dosing is based on body weight and pharmacokinetic response. Not for use in patients with known hypersensitivity to the product components.
