Treats acute pain (headache, dental pain, dysmenorrhea), osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and post-operative pain. Often used for migraine relief.

Works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, blocking production of prostaglandins that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. The potassium salt formulation allows for faster absorption and quicker onset of action compared to other forms.

Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Avoid if allergic to NSAIDs or aspirin. Risk of stomach bleeding, kidney problems, and cardiovascular events with prolonged use. Not recommended during late pregnancy. Consult doctor if taking blood thinners, other NSAIDs, or blood pressure medications.
