Treatment of hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid), including primary, secondary, and tertiary hypothyroidism; also used for thyroid cancer management, goiter treatment, and as a diagnostic agent for thyroid function tests.

Fyavolv contains levothyroxine sodium, a synthetic form of thyroxine (T4) that mimics the natural thyroid hormone. Once absorbed, it converts to T3 (triiodothyronine) in body tissues and helps regulate metabolism, energy levels, and various bodily functions that depend on adequate thyroid hormone.

Should be taken on an empty stomach, typically 30-60 minutes before breakfast. Dosage must be individualized and regularly monitored through TSH and T4 blood tests. May interact with calcium, iron supplements, antacids, and certain other medications. Do not discontinue without medical supervision. Report symptoms of too much or too little thyroid hormone to your healthcare provider.
