Iyuzeh is indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who are at risk for optic nerve damage and vision loss.

Iyuzeh contains travoprost, a prostaglandin analog that increases the outflow of aqueous humor from the eye through the trabecular meshwork, thereby reducing intraocular pressure.

Common side effects may include eye redness, changes in eyelash growth, and darkening of the iris or eyelid skin. Patients should remove contact lenses before use and wait at least 15 minutes after application before reinserting them. Regular eye examinations are important while using this medication.
