Relief of occasional constipation and stool softening for easier bowel movements. Typically used when harder stools make evacuation difficult or uncomfortable.
Kondremul Plain contains mineral oil, which acts as a lubricant laxative. It coats the stool and intestinal lining with a waterproof layer that helps retain moisture in the digestive tract, resulting in softer stools that pass more easily.
Should not be used long-term (risk of dependency and nutrient absorption issues). Take at least 2 hours before or after meals and vitamins to avoid interfering with nutrient absorption. Do not take at bedtime due to risk of aspiration. Not recommended for use during pregnancy without medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider if constipation persists beyond one week.
