Treatment of acute, intermittent 'off' episodes in patients with advanced Parkinson's disease who experience a return of motor symptoms (such as tremors, stiffness, or difficulty moving) between doses of their regular Parkinson's medications.

As a dopamine agonist, Kynmobi stimulates dopamine receptors in the brain to help restore motor function. Its sublingual formulation allows for rapid absorption and quick onset of action to relieve 'off' episode symptoms.

Kynmobi carries a boxed warning for驾车 drowsiness and sudden sleep attacks. It may cause significant hypotension, nausea, and requires careful titration. Patients should not swallow the film. Due to the risk of fainting, patients should be cautioned about rising from a sitting or lying position. Not for use in patients with known hypersensitivity to apomorphine or those taking 5-HT3 antagonists.
