Linvoseltamab
Linvoseltamab is a bispecific T-cell engaging antibody designed to treat relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. It works by binding to both CD3 on T-cells and BCMA on myeloma cells, bringing them together to enable T-cell mediated killing of cancer cells.
A bispecific antibody that redirects T-cells to attack multiple myeloma cells expressing BCMA.

Treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received prior therapies.
Linvoseltamab is a bispecific antibody that binds to the CD3 receptor on T-cells and the B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on multiple myeloma cells, forming a bridge that redirects T-cells to recognize and destroy BCMA-expressing cells.
As an immunotherapeutic agent, linvoseltamab may cause cytokine release syndrome and other immune-related adverse effects. Treatment should be administered by healthcare professionals experienced in managing such reactions. Patient selection should be based on confirmed BCMA expression on tumor cells.
