Mirabegron
Mirabegron is a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist used to treat overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms, including urinary urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence. It works by relaxing the detrusor smooth muscle of the bladder during the storage phase, increasing bladder capacity and reducing involuntary contractions. It is an alternative to anticholinergic medications for patients who cannot tolerate anticholinergic side effects such as dry mouth and constipation.
Mirabegron is a bladder muscle relaxant used to treat overactive bladder symptoms by targeting beta-3 adrenergic receptors.

Treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urinary urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence in adults
Selective beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes detrusor smooth muscle during the bladder storage phase, increasing bladder capacity and reducing involuntary bladder contractions
Use with caution in patients with hypertension (may increase blood pressure), severe uncontrolled hypertension, and those with hepatic or renal impairment. May interact with CYP2D6 and CYP3A4 substrates. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless clearly needed.
