Raynaud's phenomenon (primary and secondary), peripheral vascular disease, and erectile dysfunction of vascular origin. May also be used for other conditions involving impaired peripheral circulation as determined by a physician.

Moxisylyte is a selective alpha-adrenergic receptor antagonist. By blocking alpha-receptors on vascular smooth muscle, it prevents vasoconstriction and promotes vasodilation, improving blood flow to peripheral tissues and extremities.

May cause dizziness, headache, or flushing. Contraindicated in patients with certain cardiac conditions, severe atherosclerosis, or active peptic ulcer disease. Should be used with caution in patients taking other antihypertensive medications. Requires prescription and medical supervision.
