Treatment of hemorrhoids (internal and external), anal itching (pruritus ani), proctitis, and perianal irritation. May also be used for other inflammatory anal/rectal conditions as directed by a healthcare provider.

The corticosteroid component reduces inflammation, swelling, and itching by suppressing local immune responses. The anesthetic component temporarily numbs the affected area by blocking nerve signals, providing symptomatic pain relief.

For external and/or internal perianal use only as directed. Avoid prolonged use on large areas or broken skin unless under medical supervision. Do not use on deep wounds or infected areas. Consult a healthcare provider if symptoms persist beyond 7 days or worsen. Not recommended for use during pregnancy without physician approval.
