Treatment of adult patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) who have received prior treatment with three or more kinase inhibitors (such as imatinib, sunitinib, and regorafenib).

Qinlock is a switch-control tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets KIT and PDGFRα proteins, which are involved in cancer cell growth and division. By inhibiting these proteins, it helps slow tumor progression.

May cause new skin cancers, QT prolongation, hypertension, and cardiac failure. Contraindicated in pregnancy due to fetal harm. Should be taken consistently with or without food. Patients should have regular skin examinations and cardiac monitoring during treatment.
