Rocklatan is indicated for the reduction of intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who require additional pressure lowering.

As a combination product, Rocklatan works through two complementary mechanisms to reduce fluid production and increase drainage in the eye, resulting in lowered intraocular pressure.

Rocklatan is for topical ophthalmic use only. Patients should remove contact lenses before application and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting. Common side effects may include eye redness, corneal deposits, and mild eye discomfort. Patients should follow dosing instructions carefully and avoid contamination of the bottle tip.
