Treatment of adults and children (12 years and older) with solid tumors that have NTRK gene fusion, and adults with metastatic ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer.

Enters cancer cells and inhibits TRK (tropomyosin receptor kinase) and ROS1 proteins, blocking signals that drive cancer cell growth and survival.

May cause serious side effects including neurological issues, liver problems, heart rhythm abnormalities, and bone fractures. Can harm an unborn baby. Patients should avoid driving if they experience dizziness. Regular monitoring by a healthcare provider is necessary during treatment.
