Treatment of adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations, as detected by an FDA-approved test. May also be used for other EGFR-mutated NSCLC after platinum-based chemotherapy has failed.

Rybrevant is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets both EGFR and MET receptors on cancer cells. It works by blocking signals that promote cancer cell growth and also recruits immune cells to help destroy the cancer cells.

Administered as an intravenous infusion, typically weekly for the first 4 weeks, then every 2 weeks thereafter. Common side effects include rash, infusion-related reactions, nail problems, and swelling. Patients should be monitored for skin reactions and electrolyte abnormalities. Pre-medication is required to reduce infusion reaction risk.
