Severe asthma in patients 12 years and older as an add-on maintenance therapy when standard asthma treatments do not provide adequate control.

Tezepelumab is a monoclonal antibody that blocks TSLP, an inflammatory cytokine that initiates and sustains airway inflammation in asthma, thereby reducing inflammation and asthma exacerbations.

Administered as a subcutaneous injection every 4 weeks. Not for acute asthma attacks or sudden breathing problems. Patients should be monitored for potential allergic reactions and infections during treatment.
