Tribenzor
Tribenzor is a prescription combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults who need multiple medications to control their blood pressure. It contains three active ingredients: olmesartan (an ARB), amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker), and hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic). This three-drug combination works through different mechanisms to lower blood pressure when single agents are not sufficient.
Tribenzor is a triple-combination blood pressure medication used when other treatments are not enough to control hypertension.

Tribenzor is indicated for the treatment of hypertension in adults, typically prescribed when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with fewer medications. It may be used as initial therapy for patients who need multiple agents to achieve target blood pressure goals.
Tribenzor combines three blood pressure-lowering mechanisms: olmesartan blocks angiotensin II receptors to relax blood vessels, amlodipine prevents calcium from entering blood vessel walls to reduce vessel constriction, and hydrochlorothiazide helps the kidneys remove excess salt and water from the body to decrease fluid volume.
Tribenzor is contraindicated in pregnancy (especially second and third trimesters) due to risk of fetal harm. Common side effects may include dizziness, peripheral edema (swelling), and electrolyte abnormalities. Patients should avoid potassium supplements and salt substitutes containing potassium unless directed by their healthcare provider. Regular monitoring of kidney function and electrolytes is recommended during treatment.
